How does payment work?

After the creators are chosen, the brand deposits the full amount which is held in our holding account. This payment is then only released to the creator 7 days after the collaboration has been completed.

What payment services do you support?

We accept payment via either bank transfer or credit/debit cards. Want to pay another way? Let us know and we can try to accommodate. 

What happens if a creator doesn’t post?

If a creator doesn’t post, we’ll simply refund the fee back into your bank account from our holding account so you know your money is always safe.

What if I want to change plans?

It’s quick and easy to switch between our different pricing plans from your dashboard. If you’re wanting to upgrade to a Managed Plan – simply drop us a message on live chat in the platform or email us here.

Do brands need to be from a specific country?

Absolutely not! We work with brands across the globe. We’ve also teamed up with a VAT validator so if you’re from the EU with a valid VAT number – we won’t charge you VAT. If you don’t have a VAT number; our prices will adjust to your local VAT rate.
